I changed the background colour of my front cover to tone down the amount of blue, I also moved the cover line advertising the main featured artist to the middle because the readers line of sight is usually drawn to the middle and so it will be more inclined to catch their attention, I also put bands around 'Canterbury' and 'Jake Bugg' to make them look a lot more prominent and draw the magazine together a lot more, as well as this I also changed the main artists name so that it is slanting across the page and has a band behind it to make it stand out more and I changed the font of the masthead and stretched it out across the width of the front cover to make it more attention grabbing and effective.

Improved front cover final draft
